Delete your Clickseal account

You can delete your account and all your data yourself, in the app or by email.

In the app

• Open Clickseal and go to your Profile.
• Tap Account, then Delete account.
• Type your handle to confirm, then tap Delete forever.

By email

If you can't open the app, email support@clickseal.app from the address you signed up with, and we will delete the account within one month.

What is deleted

• Your profile, posts, stories, replies, stamps, follows, blocks and messages.
• Every photo and video you captured, including the original files and the video copies at Mux.
• Your devices and the sign-in itself.
• Footage of yours inside other people's remixes and duets. They keep their own footage.

What may stay for a while

• Backups, until they are overwritten.
• Reports about your account or made by you, with a copy of what was reported, for up to 12 months after they are resolved, to deal with abuse and appeals.
